black-eyed pea salsa



1 can black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed

1 pack dry Italian dressing packet

5 green onions, chopped

5 tomatoes, chopped

1 can corn, drained

¼ to ½ a bunch cilantro

1 avocado, cut into 1/4 inch cubes


Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Serve with chips and try not to get addicted.
